TEXT MESSAGE REMINDER SERVICE

 

We have recently introduced an improved text message reminder service. Under this system, you will receive text message reminders, sent to your mobile, to confirm and remind you of any appointments you have made. You may also receive occasional messages from us regarding particular campaigns that we may be running (e.g. seasonal ‘flu vaccinations).

 

If you do not already receive these messages and would like to do so, please ensure that you provide us with an up-to-date mobile number and that you remember to let us know if you change it.

 

If, on the other hand, you do not want to receive any text messages from us, then please just inform Reception.

LECCG EDS2 Public Survey

Lincolnshire East Clinical Commissioning Group (LECCG) are committed to delivering the Equality Delivery System 2 (EDS2). EDS2 aims to deliver better outcomes for patients and communities and better working environments for staff.

The LECCG would welcome your views as to how you think they are doing. To provide these, please click on the link below and complete the short survey before 31 January 2018. The information received will be analysed and help the LECCG to identify areas that they need to focus on to make improvements.

Making An Appointment

The surgery is open from 8.30 am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and until 8.00pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The emphasis for the late evening clinics is on offering appointments for people who have been at work during the day. 

All consultations are by appointment only.

Please note that most appointments are for 10 minutes. If you have several problems you wish to discuss, or feel you need longer than this, please ask the receptionist to book you a longer appointment.

We offer a choice of ways to book or cancel appointments at times to suit you. You can do any of the following :

  • Speak to a receptionist by telephone - Call 01205 362763 and select option 1. Our lines are open between 0800-1830 Monday to Friday, but are usually very busy in the mornings.
  • Call in to reception in person. Receptionists are available between 0830 and 1830.
  • On-line booking - We have recently introduced SystmOnline. Please see 'On-Line Services' for further details.

 

If you no longer require your appointment, please cancel it so that it can be offered to someone else
